Dr. Humaira Athar is a senior nursing leader and academic with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, education, and healthcare administration. She serves as Principal of Riphah College of Nursing, Rawalpindi, and Nursing Director of Riphah Colleges of Nursing, leading initiatives in academic excellence, patient safety, and quality care.
She is a PhD Scholar in Nursing at MAHSA University, Malaysia, focusing on patient safety, and holds an MSN from Aga Khan University along with a diploma in Healthcare Management from IBA Karachi.
Her work centres on advancing nursing education through innovation, research, and evidence-based practice, with strong contributions to curriculum development, institutional growth, and quality improvement.
