I am a physiotherapist and academic with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription. I serve as a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Riphah International University, where I teach Manual Therapy, Therapeutic Exercises, and other MSK-focused courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. My clinical and research interests center on evidence-based management of musculoskeletal pain, structured exercise protocols, and functional rehabilitation. I actively supervise research projects, contribute to curriculum development, and integrate digital learning strategies into my teaching, including blended learning models, virtual case discussions, and technology-enhanced clinical reasoning. I am committed to advancing physiotherapy practice through research, academic leadership, and the application of scientifically grounded and digitally enabled rehabilitation approaches.
