  1. General Provisions
    1. Riphah Digital Learning is the official online learning platform of Riphah International University, managed by the Department of Digital Learning (DDL). It supports blended learning, course integration, and digital content delivery for Riphah students and faculty.
    2. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Riphah Digital Learning, including all features, functionalities and materials available through the platform.
    3. By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
    4. Riphah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Access is restricted to registered students, faculty, and authorized staff of Riphah International University.
    2. User accounts are created and managed by the University. Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
  3. Course Access and Materials
    1. All courses hosted on the platform are part of Raphah’s academic programs.
    2. Course access may be time-bound or dependent on semester schedules.
    3. The University reserves the right to update, modify or withdraw any course, content or resource without prior notice.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. All course materials, media and resources are the property of Riphah International University or respective authors.
    2. Reproduction, redistribution, or external sharing of course content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
  5. User Conduct
    1. Users must uphold academic integrity and adhere to University policies.
    2. Plagiarism, misconduct or violation of platform rules may result in disciplinary action.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. The University endeavors to maintain continuous access, however service interruptions or technical issues may occur.
    2. Riphah shall not be liable for any loss, data error or inconvenience caused by system downtime or technical faults.
  7. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of University regulations and Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
    2. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
