Prof. Dr. Rashid Aftab has done Ph.D. in “Public Policies and Governance perspective-Education” Sector in Pakistan’s Perspective” from Utrecht University, Netherlands, further he also hold a degrees of MBA, MSc (Organizational Sciences & Good Governance), BSc (Engineering) and Postgraduate Diploma in IT.
At the moment he is heading and working as Director, Riphah Institute of Public Policy, Riphah International University, Islamabad also acting as Director, Campus as well as Director of an International academic and training program. He has also worked as Director in PCRWR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad and handling number of projects including Project Director of one of the project. He was also the focal person of Korean Cooperation Agency (KOICA) assisted project for the establishment of National Capacity Building Institute on Water Quality which would be first of its kind to offer certificate/diploma courses.
